Is really amazing that Rony (Mr Boleh) and team can close the deal in 3 days, 1st viewer for my 2nd floor unit with no renovation in an old estate.
Most important is, they managed to close very near to my asking price! Truly appreicate and as a single owner, I really save a lot on the commission at their flat rate of S$2.5k.
